background: the big wars with its plentiful victims, not only don’t human life to calmness and security but also caused hospitals facing with a great deal of applicants and every day it increased the mental disorders and abnormalities.Purpose: according to special condition of devotee’s SPOUSES, the purpose of this research is comparing the mental health of normal person’s SPOUSES and DEVOTEES SPOUSES.Materials and methods: the method of research is casual-comparative. Research sample were 300 persons (150 devotee SPOUSES and 150 normal persons spouse) and were selected by systematic random sampling to collect data by mental health questionnaire (SCL-90-R) and demographic characteristics.Results: data are analyzed by Manova the analyzing of data shown that there is a meaningful difference between mental health of DEVOTEES SPOUSES and normal persons SPOUSES (p<0.0001).Discussion: the war, as a serious mental pressure factor has a widespread mental, social, cultural, and personal consequences and during different generation it affect the members of society. According to these research findings, we can conclude that devotee’s SPOUSES in comparison with normal person’s SPOUSES have more phobia, depression, paranoid, psychotics, somatization, interpersonal sensitivity, obsessive-compulsive, anxiety, and aggression.

Background and Objective: Agents of chemical war, especially sulfur mustard and their pulmonary complications in chemical DEVOTEES creates worries for their family (spouse) and have negative impact on well-being and quality of life for chemical devotee and their care-givers. But, coping skills can be implemented for maintaining and improving their QOL. Thus, conductance of studies related to use of coping skills and maintaining and improving of QOL for this damaged group seems necessary.This study was carried out to determine relationship between QOL and coping skills in SPOUSES of chemical DEVOTEES involved with pulmonary complications due to sulfur mustard in Tehran (2006).Materials and Methods: This study is a descriptive-analytic research on100 SPOUSES of chemical devotee in an age range of 20-60years with a mean age of 36.81years by random sampling. The instruments of data collection were demographic and standard scale of care-giver's QOL. (Ferrell and Grant) and scale of coping skills (eight domains of Jallowice questionnaires) that carried out for interviewing and self report form in workshop, at their homes and DEVOTEES foundation centers.Results: The finding of descriptive statistics showed that good scores for QOL in physical, psychological and social domains are 19%, 0% and 49% respectively. Statistical tests of Fisher & chi-squared showed a correlation between the educational level (p=2%), devotee percentage (p=4%) and job (p=0.01) with their score QOL. Also, 76%of the scores were moderate for coping methods (whole) in participants and the remaining has the same score (12%). Statistical tests of Fisher & chi-square did not show any correlation between the coping skills and QOL with individual characteristics (p>0.05).Conclusion: According to those findings, there was not a correlation between QOL of SPOUSES of chemical DEVOTEES and their coping skills.

The instruments of data collection were included: Demographic, standard scale of caregiver quality of life (created by Ferrell & Grant) questionnaires for assessment of domains in quality of life (Physical, Psychological, Family-Social-Financial), That carried out to way of interviewing and complement of self report form in workshop, their houses and DEVOTEES foundation centers.Results: The finding of descriptive statistical was shown that less than one third (19%) of samples in domains of physical, zero percent in domain of psychological and 49% in domain of social have had score quality of life. So, statistical tests (Fisher & chi-squared) were shown an inverse correlation between the educational level (p<0.02) and percent of devotee (p<0.04) with their score of quality of life. Also, a direct correlation and positive impact of correlation was observed between job and quality of life of samples (p<0.01). Conclusion: According to the upper finding, the research hypothesis, that there is a correlation between quality of life's SPOUSES of chemical DEVOTEES with some of individual's characteristics, related to educational level, percent of devotee and job situation job was confirmed, but disproval with other's individual characteristics.

Islamic philosophers intend to devise a rational argument in which created beings do not function as intermediaries in the demonstration of Almighty Truth. Ibn Sina was the first to have adopted such a method and innovated an argument based on the above idea. He called his famous argument which is based on the division of existents in to necessary and possible ones, the possibles need a determinant in existence, and the impossibility of the infinite regression of causes, the "argument of DEVOTEES" and claimed that this argument is superior to all others propounded in the same regard. After Ibn Sina, some other Muslim philosophers such as Shaykh Shahab aI-Din Suhrawardi, Mulla Sadra, Hajj Mulla Hadi Sabziwari, and AIlamah Tabataba' I tried to formulate their arguments based on fewer premises. Hence, various interpretations of the argument of DEVOTEES have been offered in Islamic philosophy. The argument of DEVOTEES in the Transcendent Philosophy is other than that in Peripatetic Philosophy. Accordingly, Mulla Sadra believes that the later does not deserve to be called the argument of DEVOTEES. However the one propouned in Ishraqi philosophy, although incomplete in comparison to the one given in the Transcendent Philosophy, is closer to it. This argument became more complete after Mulla Sadra in that its premises were reduced in number; its purpose became clearer; and the way to attain it became shorter.The most complete and accurate interpretation of the argument of believers, after Mulla Sadra, has been offered by Ailamah Tabataba'i.

Therefore, our hypothesis is that the natural rights of every human being provide the natural foundation of his happiness and the violation of these rights through the violation of his rights or the temporary barrier to using it or causing permanent harm to its source that exists inside the human being in the form of natural and instinctive laws leads to the need for double compensation. In some situations such as the recent one, government on behalf of the community must compensate for the loss of the natural right of the victim through positive discrimination in the long term. Given the special privileges for those who have sacrificed themselves for the sake of bliss, can be proven in two ways: human rights and citizenship rights. Family is an important factor of society and to gain a safe society is only available by having good communication between family members.Purpose: regarding to war problems and effects of its pressure on communication patterns of family specially SPOUSES, the purpose of this research is comparison between communication patterns of devotee SPOUSES and normal person’s SPOUSES.Materials and methods: the method of research is casual-comparative. Research sample is 300 person (150 devotee spouse and 150 normal spouse) and were selected by systematic random sampling to collect data by the communication pattern questionnaire (CPQ) and demographic characteristics.Results: data are analyzed by Manova and T test. Analyzing the data showed that there is a significant difference between the communication patterns (mutual constructive, mutual avoidance and demand/ withdraw) of devotee SPOUSES and normal person’s SPOUSES (p<0.0001).Conclusion: from this point that devotee SPOUSES are faced by pressure of different problems, their communication statue is also influenced by these conditions. Findings this research show that devotee SPOUSES use mutual constructive communication pattern less than normal SPOUSES And use mutual avoidance and demand/ withdraw communication patterns more than normal SPOUSES.

The family is one of the most important social institutions which play an important role in the perfection and improvement of individuals and society.Although attempts have been made in Islam to preserve and survive the family, divorce is allowed when the continuation of the family life causes damages, and harms to the married couples and even to children.As Islam has passed certain laws and obligatins for the family members since the very beginning, it has imposed certain duties on the family members to follow throughout their life time.Thus, the SPOUSES have two kinds of obligations toward each other after divorce, including the financial rights and non-financial affairs. The financial rights after the divorce embraces inheritance maintenance, which in case of wife returning to matrimonial life should be paid and if the divorce arises on the dissolution promise and if the husband dies while the wife is pregnant, she is entitled to maintenance and should benefit from inheritance when returning after the divorce state.The non-financial rights that includes the right of fostering and returning is the fact that the exertion of these righs in some cases for some reasons are invalid and the SPOUSES may not gain them.
